Welcome to another installment of the Project Inspired Blog Circle! In order to save sanity it looks like we have taken to posting these every other week. This week’s theme is round! There were so many things that I wanted to do for this post but I only got to do one of them – bubbles! It helps that Em has also taken a renewed liking to her old stacking rings from when she was a baby, she has carried those around with her everywhere for a week straight.

Welcome to month two of the “kids were here” project. I’m still completely smitten with this project but this month was not a great month for it. Between the all of us I think the family spent a total of three or more weeks being sick. I am really hoping to document a lot more in the coming months!

Still Wearing Winter Clothes…

As of last week we were still digging out the long sleeves and jackets.

I’m not complaining because the last few summers have been too hot, too soon, for too long! But man, this is crazy weather.

It’s making the kids very confused to be able to go out and play in the water one day and then have to bundle up to play the next!

Macro Monday – Tiny String Of Pearls

This morning while I was sitting outside with the kids I found a tiny little jewel tucked into between two small pieces of grass. It was no more than an inch long with the tiniest little drops of water imaginable. That’s the thing I like about macro photography, it makes to stop and look for things that otherwise would have gone unseen.
